Tuntum’s Head Office will be closed from 5 pm on the 23rd of December until 9 am on the 3rd of January. Staff will be working remotely at the below times:
Monday 26th December – Closed bank holiday
Tuesday 27th December – Closed bank holiday
Wednesday 28th December – 9 am – 5 pm
Thursday 29th December – 9 am – 5 pm
Friday 30th December – 9 am – 4.45 pm
Monday 2nd January – Closed bank holiday
Routine repairs can be reported up until 4pm on the 23rd of December.
After then, repairs can be reported to the team during the working hours listed above or on the emergency repair line when we are closed.

Please note that during these times our social media accounts may not be monitored fully so if you need to get in touch in the event of an emergency, please call us.
If your repair can wait until January 3rd, then please don’t call the emergency number. Please let the repairs team deal with things like boiler breakdowns, leaks and critical repairs over the busy festive period.
Non-emergency repairs can be reported online, 24 hours a day throughout using the MyTenancy Portal.
If you smell or suspect a gas leak, it is essential to contact the national freephone gas emergency number on 0800 111 999 immediately.
