Tuntum is a growing Housing Association employing over 70 staff across multiple locations within Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire to support our general needs and specialist housing schemes. Our departments range from General Housing, Specialist Housing, Asset Management, Customer Services and Finance alongside support roles such as Communications, IT and HR. Salary: Circa £41,000 per annum.

Location: 90 Beech Avenue, New Basford, Nottingham, NG7 7LW.

Hours: 37 per week, Monday to Friday.

Salary: £2,000 per annum.

Location: Online/Nottingham. Committee meetings are held online via MS Teams. The Co-optee may be invited to attend Board strategic away days, which are usually held in Nottingham.

Hours: The Audit & Risk Committee meets 3-4 times per year, usually from 6-8 pm. As a guidance, this role is expected to take 5-7 days per annum.
