We carry out estate inspections on our larger estates to make sure they’re being properly maintained, and to resolve any problems.
Sites will be inspected at least twice a year, or more often where there are specific issues.
The inspections will look at things like:
- Health and Safety issues in the neighbourhood affecting Tuntum residents
- Repairs in communal areas that haven’t already been reported
- Abandoned or illegally parked vehicles
- Litter, bin stores and fly-tipping
- Grass cutting, landscaping and other estate services
