COVID-19 update: Our offices are still closed

Date published: 10th July 2020

Since the lockdown rules started to be relaxed, there has been pressure for businesses to return to some form of more usual operation. However according to government guidance, the social distancing rules still apply for work places, and as a responsible organisation we are making the decision to stay closed to the public.

Throughout the lockdown we have successfully worked from home and ensured that our tenants and residents felt supported throughout these unprecedented times. This will not change! We will continue to give you support and adapt to the emerging situation. For example, our repairs team are now back to a full service and we will be able to address the back-log of work generated by the period when we were only allowed to deal with emergencies.

You can keep in contact with our Housing and Maintenance teams via our regular channels: emails, telephone and social media; giving you the support. Whether you’re in financial difficulty, need a repair, or simply need a chat because you’ve been shielding for a long time. We’re here for you even though we can’t see each other face-to-face.

So, here is how you can reach us: 0115 916 6066 or email us at housing@tuntum.co.uk or to report a repair fill out the online form or email repairs@tuntum.co.uk . You can also chat with us on facebook.

We have unfortunately seen an increase in incidents of domestic violence over lockdown. If you are affected by this situation please do not suffer in silence. The National Center for Domestic Violence can help with free legal injunctions by calling 0800 970 2070 or visiting ncdv.org.uk

For now, thank you for your patience and understanding.
