We have returned to a full repairs service!

OUR REPAIRS TEAM HAVE RETURNED TO A FULL SERVICE, BUT PLEASE BE PATIENT

At the start of the pandemic, we focused on emergency and urgent repairs. However, since the latest government guidance about the easing of lockdown, we have returned to a complete repairs service from the 6th July.

However, unfortunately, there are still some delays due to:

  • The existing backlog of repairs work
  • Delays in accessing parts

As always, we will be keeping you informed of when your repair will be taking place.

ARE WE STILL TAKING PRECAUTIONS AGAINST COVID-19?

We will still be asking you about any symptoms experience in your household, and our staff will continue to wear personal protective equipment (PPE).

During the repair visit, you will be asked to remain at least two metres away from any worker, or ideally in another room, with the door closed. We will ask that doors and windows remain open to ventilate the area.

WHAT ABOUT MY PLANNED WORKS, SUCH AS NEW KITCHENS, BATHROOMS AND WINDOW REPLACEMENTS?

We have temporarily suspended all our planned improvement work to customers’ homes. We will update you when the works have been programmed to start. co.uk
