Join Tuntum Housing Association as one of our Housing Estates Officers.
We are looking for a confident and self-motivated Estates Housing Officer to manage a diverse and expansive housing patch. This mobile role involves significant travel across Nottinghamshire, working directly with residents to deliver excellent housing management services. You will be the first point of contact for tenancy and estate matters, from rent arrears recovery and tenancy enforcement to tackling anti-social behaviour and conducting estate inspections. This is a varied, rewarding role where you’ll make a real difference in our communities.
