Staff members recently completed training on “Universal Improvement Skills”. The training covered organisational improvement, project management skills, tools and techniques for efficient working in meetings and on your own, and how to review and improve processes.
The Universal Improvement Company has been refining and developing its skills and methodologies for 25 years, and since 1994 has been training businesses from a wide range of sectors to transform their day-to-day efficiency.
It was a challenging and rewarding course, and we hope we can put everything we’ve learnt into practice in order to improve our services and drive the business forward.
