Tuntum launches its new Corporate Strategy

Tuntum is delighted to launch its new Corporate Strategy 2024-2027 – ‘Building Brighter Futures’.

Having now restored our G1 governance grading with the Regulator of Social Housing, our new Corporate Strategy has very much been informed by our journey over the last 9 months. 

As a staff team we are committed to making sure that Tuntum modernises at pace – whilst keeping its soul intact. 

With this in mind, the Corporate Strategy has been shaped by the Board (pictured above), our involved customers and our colleagues so that the collective voice has been heard.

We have revised our Vision Statement and our Values, which you will find on page 11 of the Strategy.

The Corporate Strategy details our six Priorities, which are:

  • Our Customers
  • Our People and Culture
  • Our Homes
  • Our Data and Digital Infrastructure
  • Our Communities
  • Our Financial Viability and Governance

For each area, we have listed the objectives, how we will achieve them and the measures of success. We have also developed a Corporate Action Plan, which will monitor progress against the objectives and be reported to the Board.

As well as creating the Corporate Strategy document, we have also created what we are calling our ‘Strategy on a Page’ which clearly displays our Vision, Values, Priorities and Objectives on one handy sheet. Click here to download our Strategy on a Page document (pictured below).
