As part of Tuntum’s commitment to improving services for customers, we’ve asked M·E·L Research, an independent research company, to carry out an anonymous phone survey with some of our tenants.
If you receive an email or call from them, we would like to reassure you that this is a legitimate survey and we would really appreciate your support. They will ask some simple questions about your experience of services provided by Tuntum and we’d like you to be as open and honest as possible.
You don’t have to take part but we hope you will as we can only improve our services if we know what’s important to you and where things haven’t gone right in the past. The survey will be completely anonymous.
The survey will take place between October and November 2020. The researchers won’t be calling everyone and those who are invited to take part have been randomly selected. If you don’t receive a call but would like to let us know what you think, we are still keen to hear from you. There are many other ways you can give us your feedback.
