We are pleased to announce that, after a round of interviews with the Vice-Chair and the Chair of the Customer Experience Committee (CEC), we have successfully co-opted Tania Stevenson to the Board.
Tania has been a Tuntum tenant since 2019 and brings valuable insight and experience to her new role. In addition to her Board duties, Tania will also sit on the CEC, a sub-committee dedicated to enhancing all aspects of the customer experience with Tuntum.
Statement from the new Tenant Board Member, Tania:

Statement from the Chair of CEC, Chris Jones:
“Hearing the tenant voice is key to the CEC and the success of Tuntum. We achieve this not just from having customers on the committee but through the feedback we receive from all customers throughout the papers, including complaints reports, updates from our schemes, and the housing team.”
Tania will undergo a full induction before attending her first Board meetings in the summer. We look forward to her contributions and to further improving the satisfaction and experience of all our tenants.
