Switch and save and average of £243!

Date published: 11th September 2017

Nottinghamshire Switch, Save & Smile is a new collective fuel switching scheme for households.

Queens award winning charity Nottingham Energy Partnership (NEP) has partnered with Rushcliffe Borough Council & other councils to launch a collective switching campaign for the County and offer you the chance to find a better energy deal.

7 out of 10 people are still paying too much for their energy. If you have not switched energy suppliers recently, you may be missing out on cheaper tariffs. The Notts Switch, Save & Smile campaign will negotiate for competitive prices with the energy companies on behalf of local residents to take the hassle out of switching, and secure lower energy bills.

Collective switching works through people power. The greater the number of people that register, the lower the tariff. A reverse auction will take place between the energy companies on October 10th. The one that offers the best deal will provide you with a personal offer showing you how much you could save. If you agree to the offer, we will take care of the switching process for you.

Register your interest today, at bit.ly/notts-switchsavesmile or call 0115 784 6696. It is free, with no obligation and you could benefit from average savings of £243. Please have your latest energy bill to hand when registering.

The more people that sign up, the better the deal is likely to be.

The Notts Switch, Save & Smile team welcome the chance to speak to residents and help them to sign up. Registration sessions are running at NEP from September 12th – October 5th Tuesdays 10am-12pm & Thursdays 2pm-4pm. Please call 0115 784 6696 to book.
