Every year, all the staff at Tuntum get together for an awayday, where we can share updates about work that’s being done in different teams across the organisation, receive training on key topics that will affect all of us, and celebrate successes.
This year, we went to the New Art Exchange. Each team gave an update on their Social Values day – every staff member has to spend one day per year volunteering for social causes – and we received a presentation on the changes being made to data protection laws this year. The CEO, Richard Renwick, gave a presentation to mark the year of Tuntum’s 30th birthday (more on this to come!) and presented staff Long Service Awards.
