Dear Customers,
I wanted to reach out to you all today considering the riots that have been taking place over the last week across several of our cities and towns, with many more planned for this evening between 7pm and 8pm in a number of locations, including our areas of operation.
I know several of us (me included) will feel frightened and saddened about the explosion of such shocking racism and violence on our streets.
Please can we ask that you keep you and your family safe at this troubling time and if you do witness any anti-social behaviour in your community, please report it to the police and to our housing team at the earliest possible opportunity.
Please can we also ask that if you have a vulnerable neighbour, it might be a good idea to just check on them.
