Monday 19 September is the date of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s State Funeral and will be a national bank holiday.
This will allow individuals, businesses and other organisations to pay their respects to Her Majesty and commemorate her reign, while marking the final day of the period of national mourning.
Tuntum’s Head Office will be closed on Monday 19th September.
Therefore from 5pm on Friday 16 September to 9am on Tuesday 20 September, we’re providing a 24 hours emergency repairs service only. You can report an emergency repair on 0115 915 2222.
Non-emergency repairs can be reported online, 24 hours a day through the MyTenancy portal.
If you already have a non-emergency repair, gas servicing or electrical check appointment booked in for Monday, we’ll contact you this week to rearrange.
