Funded by Comic Relief, Headwize is a free mental health and wellbeing project aimed at 16 to 24-year-olds and parents with five to 15-year-olds from a BME background. Since being re-launched by the Milestones partnership (Tuntum, Nottingham Counselling Service, BAC- IN, and Chayah), Tuntum has extended the service to all its residents over the age of 16. Headwize aims to deal with mental health problems through a culturally sensitive service that offers one-to-one group sessions, builds awareness, tackles stigma and finds solutions.

Tuntum responded to the pandemic lockdown within a week; acquiring laptops, phones and PPE equipment to enable staff to work from home and for our repairs team to continue to provide a quality service to our tenants. Despite the challenges, we also installed new social housing management software called Omniledger.
