Our offices will be closed. Phone messages will be taken during this period and emergencies will be escalated.

If you need to report an emergency repair during this time please call 0115 746 9664.
Emergency repairs are those which are needed to avoid serious health and safety problems or prevent serious structural damage to your home.
Emergency repairs include:
- Securing main doors or broken windows
- Complete/partial loss of power or lighting
- Leaks leading to severe water penetration/burst pipes
- Total loss of heating
