During this period, our online services may experience intermittent availability. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance our systems. Our services will resume 10.00am on Wednesday, August 14th, 2024.
Please note that we will only be responding to emergency repairs calls on the day, and would encourage you to email us at housing@tuntum.co.uk or repairs@tuntum.co.uk or via the MyTenancy portal to report any routine queries or repairs.

Emergency repairs are those which are needed to avoid serious health and safety problems or prevent serious structural damage to your home.
Emergency repairs include:
- Securing main doors or broken windows
- Complete/partial loss of power or lighting
- Leaks leading to severe water penetration/burst pipes
- Total loss of heating
