Routine repairs can be reported up until 12pm on Christmas Eve.
From 12pm on Christmas Eve until 9am on Tuesday 4 January, we’ll be providing emergency cover. You can contact our 24 hours emergency repairs service anytime on 0115 915 2222.
If the repair can wait until January 4th, then please don’t call the emergency number. Please let the repairs team deal with things like boiler breakdowns, leaks and critical repairs over the busy festive period. Non-emergency repairs can be reported online, 24 hours a day throughout using the MyTenancy Portal.
For urgent housing management enquiries, we’ll be available to help up until 1pm on Christmas Eve and then 9am to 5pm on Wednesday 29 and Thursday 30 December and 9am to 4pm on Friday 31 December by calling 0115 916 6066.

Paying your rent
We’ll be available to take rent payments until 1pm on Christmas Eve and then 9am to 5pm on Wednesday 29 and Thursday 30 December and 9am to 4pm on Friday 31 December by calling 0115 916 6066. You can make a rent payment and check your balance 24 hours a day in the free MyTenancy portal.
